PSAT 2019 Policies
- Please make sure that your student arrives on time for each class. We start promptly at the times shown.
- Students must attend all four sessions. If your student cannot attend a session, please make every effort to make up the session.
- If your child cannot attend the practice exam, s/he may take the test at our office; however, there is a $50 exam administration fee.
Change in Course
- Please contact Sheptin Tutoring Group at 914-232-3743.
- Provide the Order Number and the Name of the student.
- There will be a $25 administrative fee to switch sections.
Cancellation Policy
- Course cancellations can take place up to five days before the beginning of a course. You will receive a full refund, less an administrative fee of $50.
- Cancellations thereafter will be subject to a 50% refund.
