Alan Sheptin

Alan Sheptin founded Sheptin Tutoring Group with the goal of giving students a brighter future through academic success. He is a successful entrepreneur, with a passion and penchant for teaching. Alan has earned extensive experience in the industry teaching at Kaplan, Educational Services Center, and the Center for Learning Skills before starting Sheptin Tutoring Group. He has a BA in Mathematics from the University of Pennsylvania, a MBA in Finance from Fordham University and a certificate in College Counseling through UCLA.   

My goal in forming my own company was to create high quality, competitively priced courses for those preparing to take standardized tests, including but not limited to PSAT, SAT, SAT Subject Tests, ACT, AP exams, and Regents exams.

Alan is also a member of the National Association for College Admission Counseling and the Independent Educational Consultants Association.
