Cancellation Policy – All Programs
We do want to alert you to our cancellation policies:
- Full refund, less an administrative fee of $40 per course, if cancellation occurs on or before May 17.
- May 18 and thereafter: no refund, unless a doctor’s note is provided
Switching Policy – All Programs
- Switching will only be permitted by email to [email protected]. We will not accept any phone call switches. Any switches made 72 hours after registration will be subject to a $40 administrative fee, which will be collected before we make the switch. There will not be any exceptions.
